The SRA has made a
decision to postpone the
implementation of the
draft guidance in relation
to the QLTT Regulations
on 1st March 2008, as
originally proposed.

Nevertheless, we strongly
advise to start the application
process as quickly as possible,
as no doubt that the current
regulations will be changed
in the near future.

You do not need
to hold a Certificate of
Eligibility to enrol for the
QLTT programme.
The certificate can be
obtained by the time
you sit the test

The new version includes
the Solicitors' Code of
Conduct 2007, which came
into force on 1 July 2007.

Other updates for the
course materials are sent
to candidates periodically -
free of charge
